Oil Lamp Theater is seeking an Assistant Stage Manager for its production of the musical I Love You, You’re Perfect, Now Change by Joe DiPietro, Music by Jimmy Roberts. This production is directed by Oil Lamp Theater’s Executive Director, Jay Pastucha.
Performance dates run from May 18th-July 2nd. Performances are Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm (5 shows per week).
The ASM will need to attend a couple of rehearsals during the first two weeks of May to become familiar with the show and then be at the following rehearsals/performances:
Saturday, May 13, 10am-5pm (Tech)
Sunday, May 14, 10am-5pm (Tech)
Monday, May 15, 6-10:30pm (Dress)
Tuesday, May 16, 6-10:30pm (Dress)
Wednesday, May 17, 6:00-10:30pm (Final Dress)
Thursday, May 18, 7:30 pm (PREVIEW)
Friday, May 19, 7:30 pm (PREVIEW)
Saturday, May 20, 3pm (PREVIEW)
Saturday, May 21, 7:30pm (OPENING)
May 18th-July 2nd (Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 3pm.)
Duties would entail being backstage during the show, executing scene shifts, running/assisting with quick changes and helping to maintain costumes. The stipend for the show is $800.
