Production Manager

Bramble Theatre Company is seeking a Production Manager for our upcoming world premiere of ROOTED by Ben F. Locke, directed by Carol Ann Tan.

Pay rate: $1200 stipend

Rooted Production Schedule
Rehearsals – Aug 25 to Sept 30, 2025
Tech – Oct 1-8, 2025
Previews – Oct 9-12, 2025
Press Opening – Oct 13, 2025
Performances – Oct 13 to Nov 1, 2025
Possible Extension – Nov 2 to 8, 2025

Location: The Bramble Arts Loft in Andersonville

DUTIES

• Create and maintain a full production timeline, in collaboration with Bramble staff and the production Stage Manager.
• Schedule and lead production and design meetings and record/distribute comprehensive notes from these meetings.
• Schedule and enforce design deadlines throughout the process.
• Aid in managing the production budget based on the season budget created by the Managing Director.
• Assist with hiring and managing Production Staff in collaboration with the Producer, including creating a job description and contract for each role
• Manage and supervise the Production Staff of the production.
• Supervise load-in, build, and strike of the production as necessary. Be available as necessary to address notes arising from Preview Performances and delegate to appropriate crew where possible.
• Consult as necessary with the Director, Designers, Production Staff, and/or other Bramble Theatre staff regarding the play.
