On-Site Artist Liaison

The Den Theatre is currently seeking individuals to add to their On-Site Artist Liaison roster. This position is charged with the fulfillment of all comedian talent contract riders and oversees the care and overall satisfaction of comedian talent from the moment they arrive on-site, until their departure.

Desired skills include, but are not limited to:

• Outstanding attention to detail.
• Impeccable professionalism and customer service.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Prior experience working with talent similar to Sam Morril, Nick Kroll, Cameron Esposito, and Maria Bamford.
• Ability to lift and carry 20lbs.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Reading all Artist contract riders, and coordinating with The Den Theatre production and technical staff to ensure fulfillment of rider.
• Functioning as the artist’s point of contact during the production period.
• Providing dressing-room service from the bar, directly to the artist.
• Occasionally ordering and picking up food for artist to be prepared between shows or the end of performances.
• Working with the Front of House Staff to monitor the opening and closing of the theatre venue to the public.
• Monitor performances and notify essential staff of any issues that arise (i.e. technical request, hecklers, roaming patrons, etc.)
• Providing event reports to The Den Management Team.

Goals:

• Provide artists with the highest level of care possible.
• Provide the audience with the best production experience possible.

Compensation + Benefits:

Stipend: $75.00 per-performance, two performances per-night is common.

• $25.00 additional stipend if the individual is asked to stay past midnight.
• Complimentary tickets to shows not performed in the Heath Theatre
• Standby tickets to Heath performances.
• Den Discounts on Merchandise and Bar Sales.

Evening and weekend availability are a must.
