Now Hiring: Northlight Theatre is now hiring a full-time Patron Services Manager. Reporting to the Director of Marketing & Communications, the Patron Services Manager leads a team dedicated to enhancing the Northlight patron experience by providing customer service reflecting Northlight’s brand, core values, and overall patron experience strategy. The Patron Services staff handles all audience interactions, from box office to bar/concessions to house management. This position works closely with the Facility Manager to ensure all front of house operations are welcoming and well executed. The Patron Services Manager is the primary contact with Spektrix regarding box office operations and serves as in-house lead for performance-related matters. As a public-facing Northlight representative, the Patron Services Manager is a key member of the Marketing & Communications team.

Qualifications: Minimum 5 years’ experience in a box office management position. Must be able to lead a team and coordinate multiple part-time direct reports. Experience with Spektrix or other Box Office software required. Fluency in Microsoft Office and Google docs preferred, particularly a strong working knowledge of Excel/spreadsheets. Familiarity with DotDigital or similar a plus. Must be efficient and organized, with the ability to be self-directed as well as collaborate with others, with strong interpersonal skills and a positive and professional demeanor.

Job Location: This position is onsite temporarily at 9501 Skokie Blvd in Skokie, then relocates permanently to Church Street in Evanston in early 2026. Work schedule regularly alternates between Mon-Fri and Sat-Wed with variable hours, in accordance with event schedule.

Compensation: Compensation range is $53,000 to $56,000 annually, competitive with prevailing compensation for similar positions within the non-profit performing arts industry, and commensurate with qualifications and experience of the applicant. This position is eligible for benefits including medical, dental and vision insurance and paid time off. Collaborative environment with flexible work hours and close involvement with the art and artists.
