Job Description
The Scenic Designer/Painter will be responsible for creating design and painting set elements that align with the production’s artistic vision. This role requires close collaboration with directors to create immersive environments.

Key Responsibilities

Design & Planning: Develop creative scenic designs and sketches for 3 mainstage and 2 youth productions per year.
Scenic Painting: Lead or execute all scenic painting and finishing techniques.
Collaboration: Work with the Artistic Director and Technical Director to ensure artistic expectations and budgets are met.
Requirements

Proven experience in scenic design and painting.
Strong artistic portfolio demonstrating diverse styles.
Ability to work within a budgetary framework.
Excellent communication and team collaboration skills.
