We are seeking a dedicated and highly organized Stage Manager for an upcoming production of All’s Well That Ends Well.

Key Dates & Commitment:

Table Read (Required):
May 9 at 6:00 PM (in person)

Rehearsals:
July 7 – July 31

Tuesday – Friday: 6:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Saturdays: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Tech & Dress:

Tech: August 1, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Dress Rehearsal: August 6, 4:00 PM call, 5:00 PM start
Performances:

August 7–9
August 14–16
August 21–23
All shows at 5:00 PM (4:00 PM call)
Closing performance followed by strike

Locations:

UIC (1040 W Harrison St, Chicago – Basement Room L467)
Nathan Moore House (333 Forest Ave, Oak Park)

Responsibilities Include:

Leading rehearsal room operations and maintaining reports
Coordinating schedules and communication across departments
Calling cues and running performances
Overseeing backstage operations during tech and performances
Ideal Candidate:

Prior stage management experience (Shakespeare a plus)
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
Comfortable working across multiple locations

Compensation:
Stipend of $1,000
