Props Designer – yo ho. at Babes With Blades

Babes With Blades Theatre Company is looking for a Property Designer for their upcoming world premiere production of yo ho. by SMJ, directed by JD Caudill.  yo ho. charts the journey of Anne Bonny and Mary Read, two pirates aboard a campy, sexually charged ship facing immediate threat from the crown. Equal parts historical fantasy and introspective sexual and gender exploration, this play is a deeply emotional reimaging and reminder of queer history.

All performances will be at The Edge Theater Off Broadway.  This position is budgeted with a $250 stipend, with a separate props budget of $200.  If you are interested in finding out more regarding BWBTC’s budgets, please check out our financial transparency page.
