Website Adams Theatre Company
Adams Theatre Company is a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit Organization in New Jersey and Chicago that was founded in 2020. Every summer we produce outdoor musicals featuring young talent, both onstage and behind the table. Through this, we aim to engage with the community, foster emerging voices, and create opportunities for accessible storytelling. We see our spaces as creative laboratories for young artists to explore their creativity and believe that everyone should get the opportunity to work in production roles, regardless of their age or identity.
We have recently created opportunities for emerging playwrights through our “New Year, New Works” festival in January 2026, and we plan to expand our season by including a second summer outdoor musical this year in our new city.
As we are entering our sixth year, we need your help! We are hiring creative individuals to fill the roles of Company Manager, Technical Director, Director of Events, and Director of Finance during our upcoming growth year. Applications will be reviewed & interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, but will close on May 25th. Please fill out the sections for the relevant positions you’d like to apply to and feel free to reach out by email to adamstheatrecompany@gmail.com with any questions or concerns.
