The Assistant to the CEO and Board Liaison provides assistance and support to the CEO of the National Historic Landmark Auditorium Theatre. Other duties include acting as the liaison to the Board of Directors and providing office management duties.
Major Areas of Responsibilities
-Assist CEO: serves as point of contact for external constituents; manages CEO calendar; handles sensitive and confidential information; other administrative duties.
-Liaison to the Board of Directors: point of contact for Board members; schedule and set up all Board meetings; compile and distribute materials to Board as needed; maintain Board directory; coordinate and schedule Board orientations as needed.
-Office management: maintain and manage office equipment and supplies; mail pick-up/distribution; manage office space and IT equipment acting as a liaison to University IT and physical resources departments as needed; other administrative duties as assigned.
