Part Time Graphics & Marketing Assistant

Broadway In Chicago is looking for a dynamic Graphic & Marketing Assistant to work with graphics, video editing and day-to-day marketing needs including Marketing Events and assisting with the Data & Digital Team on various tasks.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in Adobe Suite programs such as Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator and video editing programs such as Adobe Premier and Final Cut Pro
• Self-starter who feels comfortable taking initiative while working in a fast-paced collaborative environment
• Experience with Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) and Google Suite preferred
• Superior attention to details to meet brand guidelines and marketing standards
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Additional marketing-related tasks will be assigned periodically
• Nights and weekends are occasionally requested for special event work
  Flexible hours

Position will require up to 30 hours per week. Position is in office, schedule is flexible (office hours are M – F, 9 am – 5 pm).
