Diversifying theatre one connection at a time
We’re seeking a versatile UX Designer & Researcher who can own both sides of the craft: running the research and turning it into design. You’ll be our sole designer and researcher, so you’ll have full ownership of the user experience — from talking to users and synthesizing what you hear, to translating those insights into clean, accessible designs, often within the same sprint. The ideal person is self-directed, moves fast, works comfortably within (and helps grow) a design system, and is energized by the role design plays in making platforms more inclusive. A key early focus is adapting our existing platform’s designs to optimize for mobile. You won’t be working alone — you’ll partner directly with our Product Manager and Engineering Lead to take work from research through to shipped product.
