Be reliable and be a leader for our campers. Each group leader will have their group for the entire summer broken up by (4-5yrs, 5-6 years, 6-7 years, and 8-12 years). Bring a positive attitude and a willingness to communicate with parents, campers, and staff with professionalism. They will assist during the dance, theater, music, and art classes. When not in a class, the group leader will set up activities, lead camp songs/games, and supervise park and free play time while encouraging artistic development and exploration. Foster kindness and respect among campers, implementing age-appropriate behavior management techniques.
Job Summary:

– Be a positive role model for campers and staff, and arrive each day with an inclusive, professional, and upbeat attitude
Qualifications:
– 2 years of College and experience working with children 4-12 years
– Excellent organizational and communication skills
– Must be able to physically keep up with children
– Responsible and reliable
– Prior camp experience
– Willingness to perform all job duties with enthusiasm and a positive outlook
– Deep appreciation for teamwork and drive to be part of a high-level team
– Fingerprint background check prior to the start date
