Overview

The primary directive of the Associates is to provide support to Patrons in establishing the best front of house and
ticketing experience in Chicago while taking ownership of the core values of the Chicago Magic Lounge:
Commitment to excellence, Promoting honesty and integrity, Upholding tradition, and Embracing diversity and
innovation.
Patron Service Associates will be expected to:
● Act as a public face for the Chicago Magic Lounge
● Serve as hosts front of house and at the door
● Seat patrons
● Ensure patrons receive the maximum amount of table magic possible, and track as such
● Process merchandise sales
● Answer questions regarding performances, times, ticket prices, and venue
● Assist patrons with coat check
● Process ticket purchases in person and over the phone
● Maintain a clean and organized box office
● Other duties as assigned.
Shifts include (must be available to work every Friday and/or Saturday, and at least one other regular shift weekly):
● Box Office 3-9pm or -11pm Monday through Saturday
● Library Host 6-10pm or -1am Monday through Saturday
● Sunday Family show hosts 10:30am-1:30pm; Sunday evening shows will be added in April
● Seating Hosts 6-10pm or -1am Monday through Saturday
● Magic Host Wednesdays through Saturdays
