Theater on the Lake: The Chicago Summer Theater Festival showcases plays from a strong cross-section of Chicago’s rich off-Loop theater community.  The Audience Development Manager will be responsible for handling all aspects festival promotion, audience development and patron communication. This position collaborates on audience development strategies in collaboration with the Managing Director and the season’s performing companies, develops materials for promotion of season, supports marketing efforts, tracks attendance and engagement, and manages formal and informal patron feedback.  Customer service experience and strong administrative skills required.  Experience with Photoshop and design software preferred. This position is approximately 24 hours per week, seasonally.

 

Audience Development Manager:  $17.15/hour
