Overview

Collaboraction Theatre Company is a 22 year-old Chicago non-profit arts organization that is committed to the power of theatre and art to cultivate empathy, knowledge, dialogue and action for the betterment of society.

As Collaboraction enters its next season of work, the company is seeking a part-time Marketing Manager who can work directly with the company’s leadership to:

-Create and implement tactics and collateral for our productions in Englewood, Wicker Park, and tours to the south and west sides (The Light, Peacebook, Youth Programming, Encounter, Red Island)

-Promote special events and fundraisers

-Design print fliers, programs, and posters

-Drive social media posts using photos, videos, and other relevant material

-Contribute to the overall institutional marketing of the organization, including branding, identity, website, etc.

-Connect with and establish partnerships with organizations, community groups, local activists and non-profits.

 

Qualifications

-Experience with theatre/performance and shows

-A passion and experience working with marketing for social justice campaigns, political campaigns, or activism, etc.

-Experience working with Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, etc.

-Ability to communicate and work effectively with volunteers

-Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously

Pay Range: $1,000 to $1,500 a month
