Position Reports To: Creative Director, Drury Lane Productions
Position Purpose and Objectives:
The Graphic Designer, reporting directly to the Creative Director, is responsible for creating and developing digital and print collateral for both Drury Lane Productions (theatre) and Martinique Drury Lane (restaurant, bar, and event spaces). This role will produce visually compelling content that aligns with Drury Lane’s brand standards and the Creative Director’s vision, helping bring the Drury Lane story to life across mediums. The Graphic Designer will support major projects and campaigns, delivering beautiful, engaging, and consistent creative work that elevates the guest experience and reinforces brand identity.
Specific Job Responsibilities:
Partner with the Creative Director to own assigned workstreams and deliverables.
Design multimedia assets for campaigns, including:
Print/Traditional Media: mailers, brochures, signage, advertisements
Digital Media: social media content, email newsletters, web graphics, video assets
Maintain internal branded materials such as stationery, menus, sales decks, and presentations.
Assist in developing and executing creative campaigns that support long-term marketing goals.
Contribute original ideas and solutions throughout the design and production process.
Incorporate and respond to feedback to achieve the best possible creative outcomes.

Experience and Knowledge Needed for Position:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Art, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent experience (preferred).
2-3 years of professional design experience.
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
Photography and video editing experience (preferred).
Digital animation or motion graphics experience (preferred).
Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, illustration, and thoughtful layouts.
Portfolio required (PDF or link).
Interest or background in theatre, hospitality, or related industries (preferred).
Present proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
