Gray Talent Group is looking for candidates for an agent’s assistant position in our Chicago Office. This is a full-time salaried position supporting the TV/Film, Commercial and Voice Over team.
Responsibilities include (but not limited to) preparing and sending appointments/auditions, editing and delivering tapes to casting directors, coordinating scheduling with casting offices and actor meetings, managing actors’ materials, maintaining audition tracking and databases and attending theater performances. Familiarity with inEntertainment, Breakdown Express, and Casting Networks is a plus, but not required.
We are a hybrid office with a mix of working in the office and remotely. Our office hours are Monday through Friday from 9am to 6pm. There is also after-hour and weekend work that does occur as needed, so someone with previous industry experience and understanding of the schedule/work load that representation entails is a huge plus.
