Technical Director, Master Carpenter, Vocal Director, Pit Director

Loyola Academy is seeking a Technical Director, Master Carpenter, Pit Director, and Vocal Director for our upcoming 2026-2027 theatre season which includes You’re a Good Man, Charlie Brown, A Wrinkle in Time, and Anything Goes. 

Overview:

We are seeking experienced and collaborative theatre professionals to join our production team. These positions will work closely with the creative staff, student performers, and student technicians to support Loyola Academy’s theatrical productions throughout the school year. Successful candidates will be passionate educators and artists who are committed to fostering excellence, mentorship, and a positive learning environment for high school students.

The Technical Director will oversee all technical aspects of the productions, including scenic construction, shop safety, and supervision of student technicians. The Master Carpenter will assist with scenic construction and implementation of set designs. The Pit Director will lead and conduct student musicians, collaborating with the Vocal Director and production staff to prepare orchestral performances. The Vocal Director will work with student performers to develop healthy vocal technique, musicality, and strong ensemble singing.
