Stage Manager

MadKap Productions seeks experienced stage manager for “Romeo and Bernadette” – a musical romp. In this wild spoof of Shakespeare’s timeless tale, Romeo yes, THAT Romeo – awakens and finds himself in 1960 Brooklyn, chasing a girl he believes is his beloved Juliet. But no, it’s Bernadette, the beautiful, foul-mouthed daughter of a crime family.  Verona meets Brooklyn.

We seek someone who has extensive Musical Theatre stage management experience and can manage production meetings and a cast of 10.

Auditions are November 9 and 11, 2024

Production Dates are:  February 7 – March 2, 2025 Friday and Saturday nights at 7:30 and Sundays at 2:00 pm with one Wednesday matinee.

Skokie Theatre is a self-contained, small theatre located in Skokie, IL , reachable by Yellow Line (with a time constraints and various bus routes).  Free parking.
