The successful candidate will be customer service oriented, well organized, dependable, enjoy working closely with other team members, possess strong communication skills, have solid problem solving skills, be comfortable in making decisions within a defined framework, able to handle stress, have the ability to de-escalate customer issues when needed, and be able to present ideas and train others in processes and procedures.
Responsibilities
Provide excellent customer service to our theatre subscribers and transient customers
Assist customers in tickets sales, seat selection, exchanges, and special requests
Supervise and assist associates with box office operations
Implement theatre policies and customer service standards
Assist the senior supervisor with group sales
Other responsibilities may be assigned
Experience
High school diploma
Experience using business computer applications
Previous supervisory experience
Excellent communication skills
Ability to make decisions regarding customer service issues, and de-escalate customer issues
Flexibility with schedules, nights and weekends required
