Responsibilities
Provide outstanding customer service to our theater guests
Prepare weekly schedule of ushers
Train and manage ushers
Pre-show prep: programs and stuffers, signage and lobby TV checks
Ensure smooth flow of patron seating and deal with any seating issues that may arise
Coordinate with box office staff on seating holds and patron information
Assist patrons with questions, accessibility needs and/or seating issues
Communicate with stage management staff on nightly operations schedule (house opening, start of performance, late seating)
Monitor lobby and bathroom cleanliness
Monitor activity during performances
Communicate and assist with security and emergency incidents
Prepare House Manager reports
Preferred Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent communication skills and a proven commitment to exceptional customer service
Flexible schedule, evenings and weekends required.
Love of musical theatre a plus!
Expectations
The successful candidate will be well organized, dependable, enjoy working closely with all personalities and temperaments, have solid problem-solving skills, and be comfortable making decisions quickly and under pressure.

Position reports to the Producing Associate.
Pay
Salaried at $844/week, averaging 32 hrs/wk – Benefits package includes health, dental, vision, 401k, paid time off, and life insurance
