Music Theater Works is looking for an Assistant Stage Manager for our current production of CATS, Directed by Mandy Modic, Music Direction by Linda Madonia, and Stage Managed by Rachel Rock.
The position has a rate of $2,800.00 paid in installments every two weeks. Contract runs now through March 29th, 2026.
Rehearsals:
Location: MTW Rehearsal Hall 516 4th St., Wilmette, IL 60091.
Sunday, 5pm to 10pm, Monday – Thursday, 6:30pm – 10:30pm.
Tech and Performances:
Location: North Theater, North Shore Center for the Performing Arts in Skokie (9501 Skokie Blvd, Skokie, IL 60077)
Spacing: Wednesday, March 25th
Tech Rehearsals: Thursday, February 26th, through Sunday, March 1st
Final Dress: Tuesday, March 3rd at 7:00pm
Preview with notes: Wednesday, March 4th at 2:00pm; and Thursday March 5th at 7:30pm
Performances:
Fri 03/06 at 7:00pm; Sat 03/07 at 7:30pm; Sun 03/08 at 2:00pm
Wed 03/11 at 2:00pm; Fri 03/13 at 7:30pm; Sat 03/14 at 2:00pm and 7:30pm; Sun 03/15 at 2:00pm
Wed 03/18 at 2:00pm; Fri 03/20 at 7:30pm; Sat 03/21 at 2:00pm and 7:30pm; Sun 03/22 at 2:00pm
Wed 03/25 at 2:00pm; Fri 03/27 at 7:30pm; Sat 03/28 at 2:00pm and 7:30pm; Sun 03/29 at 2:00pm
Talkbacks: Post Matinee on Sun 03/08 and Sun 03/15
Live ASL: Saturday, March 21st at 7:30pm
We prefer candidates who can read music and know dance. Circus/aerial experience is a plus!
