Now Hiring: Northlight Theatre is now hiring a full-time Individual Giving Manager. Working under the supervision of the Director of Advancement and the Capital Campaign Director, the Individual Giving Manager supports individual donors to both the Annual Fund and the Capital Campaign. This position provides administrative support to the Campaign Steering Committee, Board of Trustees, and Advisory Council as well as the Advancement Department.
The Individual Giving Manager will be joining Northlight at a transformational time. Northlight is currently building a new, state-of-the-art theatre in downtown Evanston, the first time in their 50-year history that Northlight will own their own space. This translates to numerous opportunities for the theatre and for the advancement team as Northlight will be a larger and even more significant institution once in Evanston and therefore will need even greater fundraising support. There are meaningful growth opportunities in the near and long term for the Individual Giving Manager. The staff will move from Skokie to the new office space in downtown Evanston in early 2026; offices that are easily accessible by several forms of public transportation. The new theatre will open in September 2026. For an Advancement professional looking for opportunities for growth and development, Northlight Theatre is the perfect place!
