Emerging Playwright/Director Incubator

Previously known as Pocket Playfest, Inc. brings together six playwrights and six directors for a unique partnership = a 3-month long new play development process, culminating in a new plays festival in January.

We will pair each director with a playwright to work together on an unproduced script for the duration of inc.

Each playwright and director will receive a stipend of $100 for participation of inc. , as well as the opportunity to participate in 4 professional development workshops which will provide services such as resume and website reviews, a complimentary set of new headshots, and more.

While all short answer questions are not required, the more you answer the more we get to learn about you!  We understand Google Forms is finicky and writing answers can be tedious, so answer to your comfort level.

No prior experience with New Work development is required for this program.
