PrideArts is looking for an experienced Production Manager for our 2026 summer production of windows by Matt Schutz, directed by Taylor Pasche.

Olivia is a former soccer player still recovering from a career-ending injury. Her girlfriend, Natalie, is stuck in a job she’s not passionate about, caught between finding her own happiness and caring for Olivia’s. Meanwhile, Natalie’s roommate Clay is trying to take the next step in his life – towards a new promotion, away from a past relationship, and into his own power. As all three maneuver through the ever-present reality of Olivia’s injury, they find escape however they can.

The Production Manager reports to the Producer. In cooperation with the Technical Director, the Production Manager manages the production’s design and build budget and coordinates and facilitates the design, purchasing, and construction of the production.

  • The Production Manager will attend monthly production meetings and pre-production calls.
  • They will help the TD coordinate and communicate with designers, ensuring that designs are completed for review and approval by the TD and Director in accordance with the design schedule, and that the proposed materials and equipment expenses fit within the budget. At the request of the Technical Director or Producer, the Production Manager will order equipment and materials, and hire crew.
  • The production manager will attend weekly meetings with the Technical Director, and is responsible for communicating each week with the design team to ensure that all materials and equipment has been ordered and delivered. They will actively assist the TD so that all design elements of the show are completed before tech week, and will proactively identify issues or obstacles and implement effective solutions.
  • The production manager will attend all production meetings, load in, load out, strike, tech week rehearsals (as needed), and previews, and will lead the production meetings that follow.

Rehearsals: July 6th – 29th  (M-Th 630pm-930pm & Sun 1-5pm)

Tech: Thursday July 30 – Weds August 5

Previews: August 7th @ 7:30pm and August 9th @ 3pm

Opening: August 10th @ 7:30pm

Run: August 13th – 23rd (Thurs-Sat Evening @ 730pm & Sun Matinee @ 3pm)
