Stage 773 is seeking an experienced part time box office manager.  This position is 27-30 hours, Thursday – Sundays.

Reporting to the Stage 773 Managing Director, responsibilities include, but are not limited to: ticket sales; communication and enforcement of ticketing policies for all tenant and in house productions; communication with managing director on ticketing and patron concerns; opening and closing the box office; liaison with saints ushering coordinator, preparing ticket donations; creating and managing holds; hiring, training, scheduling and supervision of box office staff.

The right candidate must have excellent communication skills, a positive and outgoing personality and love customer service. Must be prompt, reliable, and detail oriented and have excellent computer skills. Two years Box Office and or front of house experience required. Minimum of one year management experience strongly preferred. Knowledge of the ticketing systems required, Vendini ticketing system is preferred. Must be able to work well independently and to manage, train, and motivate others.  Hours Thursday & Friday 2 – 8, Saturdays 9 – 5 or 3 – 11, Sundays 12 – 5, and Monday or Wednesdays.  Paid time off is included with this position.  Position will be hired by end of year, with a start date of mid-January 2020.
