The Den Theatre is looking to hire an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for our service in Haven Lounge and throughout our 7-theater venue! If you have 2+ years of experience driving the success of a bar, coffee and/or food service and have elevated customer service and team building skills, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

We provide a comfortable, unique and aesthetic experience accommodating our residents and guests. As the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for the successful operation of the building in tandem with the Food and Beverage Manager, training, managing and overseeing bar/cafe staff to ensure customers receive the highest level of service possible.

Other Responsibilities

Manage and motivate the bar team
Train new employees and ongoing staff training
Covering shifts as necessary
Implementing new policies and procedures
Maintain clean and functioning service areas

Job Requirements

We are seeking an outgoing, confident, high-energy professional with a solid background in bar/cafe and staff management.

Preferred Qualifications Include:

Must be highly motivated
Excellent customer service, management and leadership skills
Charisma and ability to work well in a fast paced environment
Minimum 2 years of experience in the service industry or service management
Must be able to work days, evenings and weekends as necessary.  We work hard to make sure there is plenty of work/life balance!
Knowledge or ability to learn all bar, cafe and food procedures

BASSET and Food Service Sanitation License required
