MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES
Assist and support marketing department on various projects.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Maintain and file print advertisements, press clippings and marketing collateral archives
  • Assist with distribution of marketing collateral
  • Assist with website updates: adding news items, photo galleries, and additional
    information
  • Assist with creating and printing casting inserts
  • Assist with developing original copy and strategy for social media platforms
  • Interpret social media analytic data and create monthly reports
  • Assist with merchandise inventory and sales reports
  • Conduct research for season information about ballets, choreographers and composers
  • Research industry market trends
  • Assist with a wide array of day to day operations and marketing duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
A smart entry-level candidate who is driven, curious, self-motivated, analytical and detail
oriented, a strong writer, and possesses interpersonal and organizational skills. Demonstrated
ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Understanding of digital media platforms
and highly computer literate. Deep commitment towards diversity, inclusion and equity. An
undergraduate degree in communications, public relations, marketing or similar disciplines is
strongly preferred.

WORK SCHEDULE: A minimum of 16 hours per week, exact schedule is open for discussion.

APPLICABLE PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: General mobility in office areas. Ability to operate data
processing and other office equipment
