The Patron Services Associate is responsible for handling all customer service and duties that relate to the Joffrey’s subscribers and box office. This position works closely with the other members of the marketing department.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handling incoming and outgoing customer services calls, letters and emails;
Staffing the Joffrey box office at 10 East Randolph St. when it reopens
Serving as a staff contact for internal and external ticketing-related issues;
Processing subscription, single ticket, group and exchange orders daily, including database entry and record keeping
Filing and organizing all paperwork related to ticket sales
Manage a cash bank including balancing and making deposits.
Assisting other members of the marketing staff with special projects when necessary;
Providing additional staff support at marketing sponsored special events;
Assisting with departmental mailings;
Must be able to work independently and collaboratively to handle multiple projects and deadlines
