Community Partnership Liaison

The Community Partnership Liaison serves as the primary connection between The Village Theater and the community partner. This role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with local organizations whose mission aligns with the theme of our production.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, build, and maintain relationships with local community organizations.
• Develop partnerships that support productions, events, workshops, and community programming.
• Serve as the main point of contact for external collaborators and community partners.
• Coordinate cross-promotional opportunities and community outreach efforts.
• Help organize community-centered events or partnership initiatives.
• Facilitate post-show dialogues.
• Work with the marketing and leadership teams to promote programs to broader audiences.
• Track partnerships and maintain a database of community contacts and opportunities.

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Interest in community engagement, outreach, and arts advocacy.
• Organized and proactive with the ability to follow up and maintain partnerships.
• Comfortable representing the theater in meetings, events, and public-facing settings.
• Familiarity with the local arts or nonprofit community is a plus.

Time Commitment:
Approximately 3–5 hours per week, with occasional additional time for events, meetings, or partnership activities.
