SUMMARY:
Theater Wit seeks experienced Audio Supervisor to join our team for our 2026 production of “The Ally”.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Attend all Scheduled Production Meetings.
• Analyze designs and source quotes from vendors where necessary.
• Hire Over-hire Labor for Load-In and Strike
• Collaborate with the Production Manager to ensure all purchasing needs are met.
• Oversee and lead Sound Load-in, Note Calls and Strike.
• Maintain Sound supply budgets and keep accurate records of purchases, submitting in a timely manner to the Production Manager
• Work with the Production Manager to ensure stage area is safe, clean, and maintained

DATES:
Sound Price Out Due: Friday, February 27th, 2026
Load-in: Monday, March 9th, 2026 – Saturday, March 15th, 2026
Tech: Tuesday, March 17th, 2026 through Friday, March 28th, 2026 (Not required to attend, unless notes are needed)
First Preview: Friday, March 20th, 2026
Opening: Monday, March 30th, 2026
Advertised Closing: Saturday, May 2, 2026
Anticipated Closing: Saturday, May 23, 2026
