Theatre is for Everyone
Join the League of Chicago Theatres team for a day, and support our biggest event of the year. The annual Career Fair welcomes theatre professionals from all disciplines seeking their next career move in Chicago. At the career fair, we also offer resume reviews, mock interviews and auditions, free headshot sessions, panel discussions, networking opportunities, and more. This year, the career fair is on Saturday, April 25th, 10:30 AM-4:00 PM at Roosevelt University (430 S. Michigan Ave.) Volunteers will have the opportunity to connect with hundreds of theatre artists from around Chicago!
We have three shift options for Volunteers:
Set-up shift – 9:00 AM – 12:15 PM
- Join us to help set up the Career Fair, assist with tabling, and greet visitors when they arrive.
Afternoon Shift – 11:45 AM – 3:45 PM
- Support visitors and programming during the Career Fair! Programming Includes:
- Resume and portfolio reviews
- Mock interviews and auditions
- Headshots
- Panels
- Tabling
Closing shift – 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
- Assist visitors and help break down the Career Fair!
Volunteers play an integral role in the Career Fair, and we would love your help to create an impactful experience.
